In partnership between Abriendo Puertas, UnboundEd, and CORE Learning we created this online video course specifically for Spanish-speaking parents of multilingual learners in order to enable them to support and advocate for high-quality, high-impact reading instruction in their children’s districts, schools, and classrooms.

Course Design
The course is divided into three modules. The first module is designed to build parents’ knowledge base of research-based best practices in early literacy for multilingual learners. The second module is designed to share strategies that parents can use at home. The third module is designed to support parents’ advocacy in their schools and districts.
