Olivia Lattimore is an Educational Services Consultant with CORE. She has a passion for innovative, equity-focused, student- centered approaches to literacy instruction. She is a native North Carolinian with over 12 years’ experience as an educator. Olivia has served diverse schools in both urban and rural settings, as a middle grades English Language Arts teacher, digital learning coach, and school administrator at both the primary (PK-5) and secondary (6-8) levels. She has experience creating structures and systems to support the implementation of research-based literacy practices to develop competent and confident readers.

Olivia received a Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education and a Master in School Administration from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. She also has a master’s degree in Reading Education from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.

When not in a school setting, Olivia loves reading, being the best auntie, and traveling with her husband.
