Beverly Hart

Beverly Hart is an Educational Consultant with CORE. Beverly holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner-Webb University and a master’s degree in Reading from Appalachian State University. She is a National Board Certified Teacher with 25 years of experience in education. In addition to teaching various grade levels at the elementary level, she has served as an instructional coach, literacy specialist, and academic facilitator. Most recently, she has worked with undergraduate students at Gardener-Webb University and delivered training and coaching sessions to educators nationally as a professional learning specialist.
Beverly believes all teachers should have access to research that supports evidence-based instructional practices. She is passionate about change that facilitates the elimination of opportunity gaps. Beverly is a member of the International Literacy Association, the Association of Supervision and Curriculum Development, and the Professional Learning Association.
