Danielle Lucas-Adam is an Educational Services Consultant with CORE. She has worked as a classroom teacher, instructional coach and school leader in many educational settings ranging from public neighborhood schools to specialized magnet and charter schools, and a literacy non-profit. Most recently, Danielle led on primary literacy initiatives and MTSS systems at a Denver-based charter network. She is currently working towards a Graduate Certificate in Dyslexia through the University of Florida.

Danielle is passionate about literacy instruction grounded in the science of reading and deeply believes that educators are capable of fostering joyful, rigorous learning environments and high academic outcomes for every child when they’re provided with inspiring and aligned systems of support and development.
