Erin Johnson

Director of Sales Enablement

Erin Johnson is the Director of Sales Enablement at CORE Learning. She oversees sales operations, enablement, and training ensuring a seamless customer experience and optimized internal and external processes. Erin brings deep expertise in education technology, sales, sales enablement, and customer success management, with a strong track record in developing scalable processes, driving revenue, and supporting strategic growth. Before joining CORE, she held account executive roles at several edtech companies and served as an instructional coach and teacher in California public schools. She holds a Master’s in Cross-Cultural Teaching and has completed coursework in pursuit of a Doctorate in Reading and Literacy. Erin is certified in sales operations, project management, and brain health. She also volunteers her time to advocate for traumatic brain injury awareness. Outside of work, Erin enjoys solving New York Times crossword puzzles, watching Padres baseball, and spending time with her family and two Labrador retrievers.
