Kristina Arcuri is a Senior Implementation Manager at CORE Learning, specializing in literacy instruction and the effective implementation of evidence-based programs. With over 30 years of experience in education, she has collaborated with state officials, district leaders, and teachers to drive instructional change and improve student outcomes. She is skilled in interpreting data to inform instruction and support educators in applying research-based strategies. Before joining CORE Learning, Kristina served as a superintendent, principal, reading specialist, and classroom teacher, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the education system. She has spent over 18 years providing professional development, coaching, and strategic planning for literacy initiatives. Kristina holds a master’s degree in Education and Curriculum and is currently a doctoral candidate. A published author, she is passionate about literacy instruction and empowering educators and students. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family, visiting museums, and hiking with her dog.
