Laurén Flower (pronounced La Ren) is a Platform Operations Specialist with CORE. She supports the Operations team with the Online Language and Literacy Academy (OL&LA). She is responsible for client onboarding scheduling, logistical support, materials fulfillment, and ongoing communication.

Prior to CORE, Laurén supported an arts non-profit organization as their Executive Director, where she brought artists and musicians from all over the world to perform in a rural community with an academic outreach focus. Before that, with over 10 years of experience in public and online education, she wore many hats. From a K-5 online classroom teacher to the first math specialist at Connections Academy, for over 5 years as a fourth- and fifth-grade brick-and-mortar classroom teacher in Salt Lake City, Utah, Laurén values access to education for all.
