Senior Director, Implementation

Nina Mauricia is the Senior Director of Implementation at CORE Learning, where she leads the team responsible for delivering impactful online professional learning experiences through OL&LA. She brings deep expertise in educational leadership and technology, focusing on streamlining facilitation systems, mentoring facilitators, and driving continuous improvement in virtual instruction. With over 20 years of experience in public education as both a teacher and administrator, Nina is committed to equity in education and the innovative use of technology to transform teaching and learning. She co-founded The Principal’s Trust, a collective of female leaders reimagining what it means to lead in education, and serves on the SXSWedu Advisory Board. Nina holds an MA in Educational Technology and a BA in Political Science from San Diego State University. Based in San Diego, she is active in her community as a member of the La Jolla Playhouse Leadership Council, helping to foster inclusive, cross-cultural engagement through the arts. She also loves to travel and is always on the lookout for a great meal and new experiences to bring back to her work.
