Sara Nájera is the Instructional Design Lead at CORE Learning, overseeing the development of high-quality professional learning experiences for educators. With a background in curriculum development and bilingual education, she specializes in designing instructional materials that support all learners. Before joining CORE, Sara worked as a dual-language teacher, reading specialist, and EdTech curriculum developer. She also gained international experience working overseas, deepening her understanding of global education systems. Being bilingual from birth, Sara is passionate about advocating for Multilingual Learners. She believes in the power of high-quality instruction to transform student outcomes and is dedicated to supporting educators in implementing research-based practices. Outside of work, Sara enjoys traveling, reading, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.
