Sean began his career as a football coach, where he gained valuable experience coaching youth athletes and using sports to teach life lessons. He also spent three years teaching special education and reading, including working with students with diverse learning needs, which gave him a deep understanding of the challenges in literacy education.

Sean believes every student deserves equitable access to education and that all students can acquire new skills. At Core Learning, he is dedicated to supporting educators, schools, and districts in implementing high-quality curricula and instruction.
